LED红蓝光质对三种蔬菜苗期生长和光合色素含量的影响 被引量:10

Effects of LED Red and Blue Light Ratio on Growth Photosynthetic Pigment Contents of Pea,Cucumber and Tomato Seedlings

摘要 在设施水培条件下,以豌豆、黄瓜和番茄为试验材料,以LED面板灯为人工光源,以白光为对照,研究红蓝光强比对三种蔬菜苗期生长的影响,为植物工厂豌豆、黄瓜和番茄的育苗提供科学依据。结果表明,三种蔬菜苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量受红蓝光比例影响较小,且光合色素总含量对红蓝光强比的敏感程度不同,豌豆苗最高,番茄苗最低。类胡萝卜素含量受红蓝光强比影响较显著。豌豆苗在红蓝光1∶1处理下地上部分鲜重、根系鲜重和根长最大,地上部分干重、根系干重、株高和茎粗则受红蓝光比例影响较小。黄瓜苗在白光处理下地上部分鲜重和根系干重最大,但没有显著差异。黄瓜苗根系鲜重、和地上部分干重和茎粗受红蓝光质影响不显著,株高在红蓝3∶1处理下最高,根长在红蓝光1∶1处理下最高。番茄苗生物量及株高、根长、茎粗在白光下均显著高于其它处理。 Seedlings of pea, cucumber and tomato were planted with hydroponics under LED light of different blue light ratio and white light as blank. Growth and chlorophylls content of the lettuces were studied. Effects of light quality on content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were not significant. However, sensitivity degree of the three seedlings photosynthetic pigment content to red and blue light ratio was different: pea seedling was the most sensitive followed by cucumber seedling and tomato seedling. And carotenoid content was more sensitive to the red and blue light ratio than the other photosynthetic pigment. The pea seedling got the largest shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight and root length under R: B 1: 1, but the shoot dry weight, root dry weight, stem length and stem diameter were not influenced by the ratio of red and blue light obviously. Above-ground parts and dry root of cucumber seedling weigh the most under white light, but without significance. Cucumber seedling was not influence evidently by light quality on root fresh weight, shoot dry weight and stem diameter. And its stem length and root length were the largest under R: B 3:1 and R: B 1:1 respectively. Tomato seedling got the greatest biomass, stem length, root length and stem diameter under white light.
