摘要
目的调查精神科护士自我接纳与社会支持、自我效能感的特点,并探索三者之间的关系。方法选取精神科护士40名作为研究组和普通内科护士36名作为对照组,均接受自我接纳问卷(SAQ)与社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)调查并进行分析。结果研究组的SAQ自我接纳因子评分、SSRS客观支持维度评分和GSES总分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的SAQ自我接纳因子分与SSRS的客观支持维度评分、GSES总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精神科护士的自我接纳、社会支持及自我效能状况均较差,其自我接纳状况与其社会支持、自我效能感有关。
Objective To explore the characteristics and relationship of self-acceptance and social support, self-efficacy in psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of 40 psychiatric nurses in study group and 36 internal medical nurses in control group were assessed and analyzed with Self-Acceptance Questionnaire（SAQ）, Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）and General Self-Efficiency Scale（ GSES） .Results The self-acceptance factor scores of SAQ, the objective support dimension scores of SSRS and the total sores of GSES in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.In study group, the self-acceptance factor scores of SAQ were positively related to the objective support dimension scores of SSRS and the total sores of GSES（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is serious for the self-acceptance, social support and self-efficacy in the psychiatric nurses, that their self-acceptance status is related to their social support and self-efficacy status.
