摘要
通过盆栽方法,以张杂谷5号为材料,采用EBR和2,4-D两因素完全随机设计,研究在2,4-D胁迫下,外源EBR对谷子各项指标(出苗时间、出苗率、株高、叶绿素含量)的影响。结果表明,通过方差分析,不同浓度的EBR处理之间各项指标均有极显著差异(P<0.01);不同浓度2,4-D处理之间幼苗的株高有极显著差异(P<0.01),叶绿素含量差异显著(P<0.05);两因素的相互作用对幼苗的株高有显著影响(P<0.05),对叶绿素含量有极显著影响(P<0.01),其中,0.1 mg/L EBR与0.5 g/L 2,4-D组合最有利于谷子幼苗的生长,为最佳组合。说明适宜浓度的EBR不仅能够减轻2,4-D对谷子幼苗的抑制作用,还能在一定程度上促进幼苗生长。
The paper studied the effects of exogenous 24-Epibrassinolide (EBR) on growth and development of foxtail millet Zhangzagu 5 seedlings under 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) stress. An experiment based on two factors and four levels completely random design with three replications was conducted. The two factors were EBR and 2,4-D. We observed the germination time, and calculated the germination rate, and measured the plant height and chlorophyll content. By the analysis of variance, we studied the effects of EBR on these traits under the stress of 2,4-D. The results showed that EBR had extremely significant effects on the four indexes (P 〈 0.01 ). The effects of 2,4-D on plant height was extremely significant (P 〈 0.01 ) and it was significant (P 〈 0.05 ) on chlorophyll content. The interaction between EBR and 2,4-D showed significant effects on plant height and chlorophyll content. The optional combination was 0.1 mg/L EBR and 0.5 g/L 2,4-D. The appropriate concentration EBR could not only reduce the stress of 2,4-D on millet seedlings, but also promote growth and development of foxtail millet seedlings.
