摘要
老年病与肾的关系非常密切,文章从肾虚与肾实两个方面介绍从肾论治老年病的经验。肾虚证可由肾虚而及他脏虚,也可由他脏虚而及肾虚,临床可见畏寒肢冷,神疲乏力,记忆减退,腰膝酸软,性欲减退、勃起障碍,耳鸣耳聋,视物昏花,两颧潮红,失眠多梦,小便频数或失禁,大便泄泻或失禁,气喘气短。肾实证可因肾虚复感实邪,也可因实邪侵袭而致肾虚,多为虚实夹杂;常见证候有气滞血瘀证、湿热内蕴证、水湿内停证、寒湿闭阻证、痰浊壅盛证。
The relation between senile disease and kidney is very close. This paper introduces the clinical experience in treatment of senile disease from kidney deficiency and kidney sthenia. For kidney deficiency, the weakness of kidney can result in the weakness of other organs, other organs＇weakness also can cause kidney weakness. And the clinical manifestations are as follows： aversion to cold, mental fatigue, hypomnesis, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, hypaphrodisia, erectile dysfunction, tinnitus and deafness, blurred vision dim, two zygomatic flushing, insomnia, urinary frequency or incontinence, diarrhea or incontinence, wheezing, shortness of breath. Kidney sthenia can be result by kidney weakness then get external evil, and if there is state of evil domination, kidney deficiency will appear. In most cases, Kidney sthenia is intermingled deficiency and excess, and It includes some common syndromes as follows： Qi stagnation and blood stasis, damp heat syndrome, syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness, cold damp stagnation syndrome, phlegm dampness syndrome.
