摘要 在企业项目管理中,由于项目复杂多级,传统的风险预警方法常常忽视其内部复杂的逻辑关系,从而容易出现预警结果与实际执行情况不符,无法实现对进度监控预警的作用。根据项目的层次结构,从任务级别、节点级别及项目级别对项目进度风险实现分级监测和预警,提出了多级进度风险预警系统。各级预警阶段通过进度的层层反馈联动,从而实现对项目进度状况的掌控,及时纠正出现的进度偏差,确保项目的如期完成。 At present, project is big in quality and complex in logic of Enterprise Project Management. Traditional methods of pre-warning usually neglect the complex logic relationship among projects, thus leading to inconformity of pre-warning re-sults and actual implementation. As a result, pre-warning is useless on schedule monitor. According to project's hierarchy, a multi-level schedule pre-warning system was proposed to monitor and give pre-warnings from mission level, node level and project level individually. Each pre-warning level was linked by feedback. Therefore, the system can control the project's pro-gress and correct abnormality to achieve pre-warning.
