摘要
介绍了国产GS-11型乙苯脱氢催化剂在6万t/a苯乙烯装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,催化剂装填及表面积炭、初次水中氯离子含量、反应参数等因素影响着催化剂的长周期运行性能。通过对催化剂采取小批量、分段装填的方式,对催化剂表面积炭进行监控和及时清除,对初次水中氯离子含量进行监控,建立反应预测模型优化控制反应参数等改进措施,使GS-11催化剂的运行周期达到36个月,反应转化率达到64.63%,苯乙烯选择性达到97.91%,苯乙烯收率达到63.28%。
The industrial application of GS - 11 type home - made catalyst for ethylbenzene dehydro- genation in a 60 kt/a styrene unit was introduced. The results showed that catalyst loading and coke on catalyst surface, chlorine ion content in initial water, reaction parameters and so on were the main factors to affect catalyst service life. Through taking the fol- lowing measures: loading catalyst by batchwise mode, monitoring and removing the coke on catalyst surface in time,controlling chloride ion in initial wa-ter and developing a reaction - predicting model to optimize process parameters, the catalyst service life reached 36 months, the conversion of ethylbenzene 64.63% ,the selectivity of styrene 97.91% and the yield of styrene 63.28 %.
