摘要
阐述了烃分子在ZSM-5分子筛上的裂化反应机理,重点从水热稳定性的改善和孔道结构的修饰方面综述了催化裂化多产丙烯催化剂ZSM-5分子筛的改性研究进展。介绍了磷改性、金属离子改性、酸碱改性等方法的优缺点,并对ZSM-5分子筛改性的研究方向进行了展望。
The catalytic cracking mechanism of hydrocarbon molecules over zeolite ZSM -5 was de- scribed. The research progress in the modification of zeolite ZSM -5 for catalytic cracking to maximize propylene yield were reviewed with the emphasis on how to improve hy.drothermal stability and modify pore structure. The advantages and disadvantages of different modification methods,including phosphorusmodification, transition metal modification and alkali or acid treatment were introduced. And the research direction of modification of zeolite ZSM - 5 was pros- pected.
