摘要
对山东某地钾长石矿进行选矿试验研究,通过探索试验、磨矿细度、磁场强度、脱泥粒度和药剂制度等方面的试验研究,确定了"高梯度磁选-脱泥-反浮选除铁-云母反浮选-长石浮选"的选矿工艺。试验结果表明,该选矿工艺能使精矿K2O+Na2O含量达到14%以上,Fe2O3含量降至0.06%。
On the base of the result of exploratory experiment, grinding fineness, magnetic field intensity, desliming grain size and pharmacy systems, beneficiation process of High gradient magnetic separationdesliming-deironing-mica reverse flotation-feldspar flotation was carried out to deal with the potassium feldspar from Shandong. The results show that the content of K2O + Na2O in feldspar concentrate can reach 14% and content of Fe2O3 was reduced below 0.06%.
