摘要
以阳煤集团一矿为试验背景,设计了PLC控制的变频调速器,并将其运用到矿井通风机中,以瓦斯作为控制参数来实现变频调速,使通风机的电机转速能随要求实时调整,达到通风的经济性和安全性。结果表明:PLC变频调速系统运用在煤矿通风机中,不仅可以实现瓦斯及时排放,保证了矿井通风的安全性;同时PLC控制技术与变频器结合使用,可以实现对井下通风系统的实时监控,减少了通风系统检修的工作量。
Takes the first mine of Yangquan quency conversion governor which controls by PLC coal industry group as the experimental back , and applies to the mine ventilator. The gas ground, designs freis as the control parameter to realize frequency control, to realize the motor speed of ventilator can be adjusted with required in real-time and achieve the economy and safety of ventilation. The results show that the PLC frequency control system uses in coal mine ventilator, not only realizes gas emission in time, ensures the safety of mine ventilation, but also realizes real time monitoring of the underground ventilation system, reduces the workload of ventilation system maintenance by u- sing PLC control technology and combining frequency converter
