摘要
立式储油罐罐底腐蚀失效会严重影响到储油罐的安全环保运行,现有储油罐单层金属底板结构难以避免上、下表面同时腐蚀的情况,为此提出了采用双层罐底板结构。目前国内尚无大型立式储油罐采用双层罐底结构,结合国外规范及工程经验,对几种常见双层罐底板结构型式进行比较分析,并对罐壁和罐底连接处设计和双层罐底泄漏检测技术进行探讨,可为大型立式储油罐双层罐底结构设计提供参考。
The failure of the vertical tank bottom seriously affects the security and environmental work of the oil tank,and it is difficult to avoid the up and down surface corrosion in single bottom using,so the double-bottom is proposed.The double-bottom hasn’t be used for the large vertical oil tank in China till now.Considering the foreign standards and the project experience,the common double-bottom structures are comparatively analyzed,and the shell-bottom connecting structures and the leak detection methods of the double-bottom are discussed,to provide reference of the double-bottom design for the large vertical oil tank.
