摘要
针对大多数医院中存在的紫外线消毒不良的状况,首先对影响消毒效果的消毒剂量所涉及的关键问题(辐照度测量和测量时间的确定)进行了分析,并根据生物试验,提出并建立了用于确定消毒剂量的辐照度与消毒时间的数学模型。同时,针对紫外灯的电源电压以及周围环境的干扰会引起辐照度变化等问题,采用对辐射剂量递减的算法,并在解决关键问题的基础上,对紫外线自动检测系统进行了设计和实现。试验表明,该系统能够实现对紫外线的消毒实时、有效监控,消毒效果达到了国家消毒卫生标准要求。
Bad situations of ultrasonic ( UV ) disinfection exist in most of the hospitals, the critical issues ( measurement of irradiance and measurement time ) involved disinfection dose that affecting disinfection effects are analyzed; and in accordance with biological test, the mathematical model for determining irradiance of disinfection dose and disinfection time is proposed and established. In addition, in accordance with the variation of irradiance caused by interference from the voltage of power supply for UV lamp and surroundings, the decreasing algorithm for irradiation dose is adopted in software, and on the basis of solving critical issues, the UV automatic detection system is designed and implemented. The tests indicate that the system can implement real time and effective monitoring the UV disinfection, the effects of disinfection reaches the requirements of national standards for disinfection.
