摘要
结构方程模型是目前较为热门的管理方面的统计分析方法与工具,文章就结构方程模型的概念、思想及本质进行了详细的阐述,对结构方程模型发展历程进行了详细的回顾,细致分析了结构方程模型的特性,剖析了结构方程模型的优点、缺点及局限性,并对结构方程模型的应用进行了全面性的概述,最后对结构方程模型应用中的注意事项进行了分析,并对其发展进行了展望。
Structural equation model would be the more popular with statistical analysis method and tool of the management at present.In this paper,the concept and ideal and nature of structural equation model had been described in detail,and the development process of structural equation modeling had been conducted with the way of a detailed review and a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the structural equation model and a clear analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and limitations of structural equation model. And the author of this paper had done a comprehensive overview of the application of structural equation model at present ,and in the ednd of this paper, the author had pointed the precautions and development for application of the structural equation model in the future.
