基于电火花线切割机床的真圆弧插补方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统线切割机床利用"逐点比较插补"原理进行加工,存在加工效率低、表面粗糙等缺点。针对此不足,提出真圆弧插补方法。在电火花线切割机床原有二自由度(X方向、Y方向)工作台的基础上,增加一个新型三自由度旋转工作台,变"逐点比较插补"为"真圆弧插补"。文章对真圆弧插补的工作原理和实现方法进行了详细阐述。实例分析表明,采用真圆弧插补加工纯圆弧,其效率提高21.46%,加工45°的斜线,其效率提高29.29%,且钼丝走过的轨迹为光滑圆弧和直线,提高了加工零件的表面质量,扩大了电火花线切割技术的应用领域。 Traditional WEDM use point-by-point comparison interpolation principle for processing. It has some disadvantages such as low efficiency,rough surface and other shortcomings. Aimed at these problems,true circular interpolation method is proposed. A new type of rotary workbench with three degrees of freedom,is added to the original two degrees of freedom( X direction,Y direction)WEDM workbench in order to change ' point-by-point comparison interpolation' to ' true circular interpolation'. Working principle of true circular interpolation method and its realization method are discussed in detail. Example analyses show that,using the true circular interpolation method to process pure arc and 45-degree diagonal line,the efficiency is improved by 21. 46%,29. 29%,respectively.And molybdenum wire walking trajectory is smooth arc and straight line,the surface quality of wire cutting parts is greatly improved.The mothed extends the application field of wire electric discharge cutting technology.
