摘要
在电化学光整加工中,极间流场是电场的载体,流场的均匀性、稳定性直接影响电化学光整加工质量。以回转体为例,基于C620车床搭建实验平台,探讨了流场的建立方式对回转体加工质量的影响。通过实验数据对比表明:流场的建立方式直接影响电化学光整加工质量;合理的流场建立方式能提高电化学光整加工的质量。
In electrochemical finishing,the flow field,of which uniformity and stability could directly effects the processing quality,works as the electric field vector. Taking the rotary body for example,the corresponding experimental platform base on the C620 lathe was built,the impact of the flow field's establishing way on itsprocessing quality was discussed. By means of comparing the experimental data,it found that the establishing way of the flow field directly affects the processing quality and reasonable establishing way of the flow field can improve the quality of electrochemical finishing.
