摘要
磷化渣是金属磷化过程中的必然产物,其中的Zn2+和PO43-对环境污染较大,同时,磷化渣中的Zn,Fe,P元素具有较大的资源化潜力。首先分析了磷化渣资源化的潜力,进而总结了目前磷化渣资源化利用技术,提出了磷化渣资源化综合利用的技术思想,并对磷化渣资源化研究的发展提出建议。
Phosphated residue is the inevitable outcome in the process of metal phosphating, which contains the elements of Zn, Fe and P. The environment could be polluted by Zn2+ and P043- in the residue, but it also has a large potential of resource utilization. The potential of phosphated residue utilization was first discussed, and then summarized the utilization technology of phosphated residue at present. The technology idea of phosphated residue comprehensive utilization was proposed, and the development suggestions in the field of phosphated residue utilization were processed.
