摘要 目的:探讨健康教育处方在老年内科优质护理示范病房中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2012年9月-2013年10月我院内科病房老年患者120例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者予以常规口头式健康教育,观察组患者则通过健康教育处方的形式实施健康教育。对比两组患者对疾病知识的掌握程度。结果:观察组患者对疾病知识的掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:健康教育处方可提高老年患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,促进优质护理的开展。 Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of health education prescription in the elderly high quality nursing demonstration ward. Meth-ods:In our hospital department of internal medicine in senile patients with 120 cases,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group given routine oral health education of patients,patients in the observation group was through the health education prescription form of implementation of health education. The clinical application effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The patients in the observation group the clinical application effect was remarkable,master the knowledge on the relative disease patients was obviously higher than that of patients in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical application effect of health education prescription in the old high quality nursing demonstration ward Department of internal medicine significantly,worthy of further promotion and application.
