摘要
以往仅在单一调制波下对双变量交交变频进行研究,缺乏相应的比较分析。在Matlab/Simulink中建模仿真,并在以STM32F103ZE为控制芯片的交交变频实验平台上进行实验,得到不同调制波参与的变频实验结果。通过分析不同调制波下电流波形、系统谐波以及变频调速时电机机械特性变化,发现随着频率降低,三角波作为调制波的输出电流波形较好,而矩形波与之相反。同时,矩形波作为调制波时,电机的机械特性硬度大,最大转矩和输出功率大。这为交交变频调速在不同频率和不同负载时选择不同的调制波提供参考。
The researches on the frequency conversion of a bi-variants cycloconverter based only on single modulation wave are lack of appropriate comparative analysis in the past. In this paper,there are simulation and experiment results based on different modulation waves when the frequency is changed by the building of the modeling and simulation in Matlab / Simulink as well as by the experiment on the platform based on STM32F103 ZE. By analyzing the current waveforms,the system harmonic waves,and the mechanical properties variation with frequency conversion,it is found that: as the frequency decreases,the output current waveform based on the triangular wave is better,while the rectangular wave is worse; meanwhile,when the rectangular wave is taken as the modulation wave,the mechanical hardness of a motor is bigger,and the maximum torque and output power are larger. This provides a reference for an AC-AC inverter to select different modulation waves at different frequencies and loads.
