摘要
首先对高端制造业与生产性服务业融合现状、机理和政策建议进行回顾,继而以京津冀都市圈为范围建立经济计量模型。以生产性服务业的发展规模为自变量,解释高端制造业的整体发展水平和企业的经济指标,建立生产性服务业作为高端制造业的基础设施的观点。最后,根据计量模型结果得出重要结论:生产性服务业对于高端制造业的积极作用这一规律同样适用于京津冀都市圈,但在这一地带,生产性服务业所起到的作用更多的是提高高端制造业的收益率水平,而不是实现高端制造业规模的扩大;发展信息传输、计算机服务和软件业以及金融业,必须要发挥市场的作用。
In this paper, firstly we reviewed the present situation, the meehanism and the policy recommendations of the fusion mecha- nism between the high-end manufacturing and the productive service industry and established the econometric model for Beijing-Tian- jin-Hebei metropolis circle. Taking the development scale of the productive service industry as the independent variables, we explained the overall development level of the high-end industry and the economic indexes of the enterprises, pointing out that the productive service industry should be the infrastructure of the high-end industry. At last, we obtained the conclusions in accordance with the model.
