摘要
[目的]低成本、高性能催化剂的研发对提升草甘膦生产技术具有重要意义。[方法]通过水蒸汽活化法制备了不同原料的活性炭催化剂,采用XRD、热重、N2吸/脱附等表征了催化剂结构,评价了催化氧化双甘膦性能。[结果]催化剂热稳定性、织构特性及催化性能与制备原料有关。由无烟煤制备的催化剂具有很好的催化性能,反应90 min,双甘膦转化率大于95%,草甘膦选择性达94.7%。[结论]催化性能受催化剂微孔和介孔结构的综合影响。
[Aims] This paper aims to develop low-cost and high-performance catalysts for catalyzing oxidation of N-phosphonomethyliminodiacetic acid, which can greatly improve the glyphosate synthesis technologies in our country. [Methods] In this article, several activated carbon catalysts were prepared by steam activation method using various raw materials. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TG and N2 adsorption/desorption, and their catalytic performances for catalytic oxidation of N-phosphonomethyliminodiacetic acid were also investigated. [Results] The results showed there are differences in thermal stabilities, textural properties and their catalytic performances of these catalysts prepared using different raw materials. The activated carbon catalyst prepared using anthracite as raw materials showed the best catalytic performance, the conversion rate of N-phosphonomethyliminodiacetic acid was more than 95%, and the selectivity of glyphosate was as high as 94.7% after 90 min. [Conclusions] The microporous and mesoporous structures in these activated carbon catalysts synergistically affect their catalytic performances.
