摘要
攻丝是机械制造业中一种不可或缺的加工方法。目前,攻丝主要是靠手工完成,先钻螺纹底孔,再用铰杆夹持所需尺寸丝锥进行攻螺纹。但是手动攻丝不易保证丝锥的垂直,容易折断丝锥,而且效率低,只适合单件生产。为了保证攻丝垂直并提高效率,利用现有的Z512-2型台式钻床,进行功能扩展改造,实现既能钻孔又能攻丝的多功能化。介绍了一种应用于台式钻床的双盘式摩擦轮传动方案,描述了台式钻床增加攻丝功能的机构整体结构,并阐述了其工作原理。该方案可以在不改变电动机旋转方向的前提下,运用摩擦轮的原理和结构,解决攻丝用的正反转问题,使钻床实现M3~M18不同直径的攻丝。
Tapping is indispensable to machinery manufacturing. At present, tapping is mainly done by hand, firsty drill and then tap with a hinge rod clamping the required size for tapping screw tap. Although it can solve the problem of tap- ping, but not keep the vertical manual tap, and it is easy to break in low efficiency with the condition for single piece produc tion. To ensure and improve the efficiency of tapping vertical using existing Z512-type 2 bench drilling machine function ex- tension renovation can realize drilling and tapping more functional. Discuss a bench drill on the application of double disc friction wheel transmission scheme, express the bench drill increaseing tapping function organization structure, and expound its working principle. Using the principle and structure of the frietion wheel can solve the problem of positive and negative tapping, and make the drilling machine achieve the M3~ M18 tapping in different diameters.
