摘要
介绍了液压二板式注塑机合模机构的类型及各自特点.基于注塑机锁模回路高压稳定锁模的要求,设计了单作用增压缸式的锁模回路.分析了注塑机锁模液压系统的工作原理,采用AMESim软件对该系统进行了仿真分析,得到了较为理想的结果,对实际锁模回路的设计具有参考价值.
The classification of hydraulic injection molding machine clamping mechanism and its characteristic are introduced. The pressure cylinder type clamping circuit is designed, based on the high voltage requirement of injection molding machine to maintain stable mode-locked. Then this article summarizes the working principle of hydraulic system of injection molding machine clamping, and does a simulation analysis for the system based on AMESim. The result is ideal and it could provid a reference to the actual design of a clamping circuit.
