摘要 通过探讨现有干法分选技术研发现状,分析其分选粒度下限较高的弊端;结合细粒煤精细加工的需求,针对性的介绍超细粉碎技术与分级技术的发展现状及存在的问题。通过列举基于超细粉碎-分级技术的实际干法分选案例,初步验证了细粒煤干法分选的可行性,指出将这一技术应用于煤炭分选中,可以制备煤的低灰超细粉体,有效拓宽煤的洁净利用途径,对干法技术和洁净煤技术的发展均具有重要意义。 After discussing current status of dry process separation technology, the paper analyzed the shortcoming of considerable high lower limit of separation size, and in combination with the demand on fine processing of fine coal, introduced the development status and existing problems of ultra-fine crushing technology and classification technology. With an actual dry process separation case based on ultra-fine crushing and classification technology, the feasibility of dry process separation of fine coal was validated preliminarily. It also pointed out the application of the technology could produce low-ash ultra-fine coal, which would broaden the coal clean utilization approach. It is of great significance for development of both dry technology and clean coal technology.
