摘要
针对如何改善立磨流场以减少能量耗散,建立了立磨流场仿真模型,分析了立磨流场能量耗散的机理。通过分析,指出了立磨产生能量耗散的原因,提出了降低立磨能量耗散的结构及操作工艺的优化方法。
In order to improve the fluid field of the vertical mill so as to reduce the energy loss, the simulation model of the vertical mill was established, and the energy loss mechanism of the fluid field of the vertical mill was analyzed. After that, the causes of energy loss of the vertical mill were pointed out, and the approaches to optimize the structure and the operation process of the vertical mill for reducing the energy loss of the vertical mill were offered.
