摘要
文章从医院工程项目管理的角度出发,分析了工程量清单编制过程中遇到的工程造价咨询单位水平参差不齐、项目特征描述不全、措施项目编写不完善等问题,并提出了相应的解决建议,为业主方有效控制工程量清单编制质量提供了思路及方法。
In term of hospital construction project management, the article analyzes problems like the uneven qualification of the construction cost consultation units, incomplete project characteristics, defective measurement program; and proposes corresponding solutions; provides methods to the owner for effectively control the BOQ quality.
