露天煤矿采区接续工程位置确定及转向方式研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了更好地提高露天煤矿转向效率和经济效益,对采区最佳接续工程位置和转向方案的优选方法进行研究。基于不同方案的工程特点、适用范围,明确了采区接续期间的限制因素和优化因素,提出了剥采工程量表叠加法确定采区接续工程位置确定方法。对安家岭露天煤矿的转向方案进行研究,设计了4种可行方案,并综合边坡和经济耦合的目标优选采区转向方案,结果表明:安家岭露天煤矿最佳转向方式为L形转向方案,最佳转向接续工程位置为21号位置。 In order to well improve a turnaround efficiency and economic benefit of the surface mine, a study was conducted on the opti- mized method of the optimum connection engineering location and the turnaround plan.Based on the engineering features and application scope of the different plan, the limited factors and optimized factors during the connection period of the mining block were clarified and the superposition method of the stripping quantity table was provided to determine the connection engineering location of the mining block. A study was conducted on the turnaround plan of Anjialing Surface Mine.There were four feasible plans designed.The mining block turn- around plan was optimized with the comprehensive slope and economic coupled target and the results showed that the best turnaround method of Anjialing Surface Mine was a L turnaround plan and the best turnaround connection engineering location was at No. 21 location.
