摘要
目的探讨性染色体异常与男性生育异常的关系。方法对1335例无精子、少弱精子、小睾丸或配偶有不良孕产史的男性患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养-G显带-染色体核型分析,并收集临床资料。结果一共发现性染色体异常患者108例,其中性染色体数目异常40例,占37.04%,Y染色体结构异常3例,占2.78%,Y染色体多态性变异65例,占60.18%。结论性染色体异常是导致男性生殖力低下的重要原因之一,对男性生育异常患者进行染色体检查可为临床诊断和优生优育提供依据。
Objective:To study the relationship between abnormal sex chromosomes and male abnormal fertility. Methods:Peripheral blood lymphocyte culture-G banding-karyotype analysis was performed in 1335 male outpatients with azoospermia,oligospermia,asthenozoospermia,microtestis or whose wife had a history of abnormal pregnancy,and their clinical data were collected. Results:In this study,there were 108 cases of karyotypes with abnormal sex chromosomes,including 40 cases with abnormal sex chromosome numbers,3 cases with abnormal sex chromosome structures,and 65 cases with Y polymorphic variations. Conclusion:Abnormal sex chromosome is one of the most important causes for infertile males and males with poor fertility,and karyotype analysis in such patients can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and eugenics.
