摘要
自主招生是我国高考制度的重要组成部分。本文以江苏省高校自主招生改革为研究对象,分析了江苏省自主招生经历的三个历史阶段。研究发现,江苏高校在自主招生实施过程中,存在着受高考制约、以成绩为关键指标、招生主体较为被动等问题。本文认为,只有社会各界达成对自主招生的共识、高校建立起完善的评价和培养体系,政府机关确保招生公平性,以及创造一个良性的文化土壤,才能切实提升自主招生的效度。
Autonomous enrollment of university is an important part of China's college entrance examination system. Based on autonomous enrollment reform of university in Jiangsu, this article analyzes three historical stages of autonomous enrollment. The study shows that the autonomous enrollment of universities meets many questions in reality, such as restricted by the college entrance examination, driven by final score and passive institution. In order to enhance the efficiency of autonomous enroll- ment, society should reach a consensus about it and universities establish a sound evaluation and training system. What's more, governments should play a role in guaranteeing the fairness in autonomous enrollment and provide a positive culture circum- stance.
