摘要
加快建设我国基层医疗卫生事业,改善基层医疗卫生条件是实现全面建成小康社会的重要任务之一,医学生应当具有强烈的社会责任感,勇于投身基层,为基层医疗卫生的发展奉献力量。本文从医学生基层服务意识的现状、基层服务意识淡薄的成因分析以及医学生基层服务意识的培养策略三个方面进行详细阐述。
It is one of the important tasks to completed a comprehensive well -off society to accelerate the construction of pri-mary health care institutions and improve primary health condition.And medical students should have a strong sense of social responsibility,the courage to join the grassroots level for the development of primary health care and dedication force.In this paper,it is discussed from the status quo of a doctor student awareness of basic services,courses of poor awareness of basic services as well as medical students＆#39;grassroots service awareness training strategy.
