Comprehensive teaching experimental platform for Mechatronics

摘要 为满足机电专业的实验教学和创新需要,基于三坐标测量仪基本框架设计了机电综合教学实验平台。基于PCI-1240U控制卡,设计了机电综合教学实验平台控制系统;采用PC为上位机、STC12C5A60S2单片机为下位机,设计了控制系统硬件电路;基于LabVIEW软件设计了控制系统软件,采用PID控制算法对直流电机的反馈信号进行处理,提高电机的工作精度,降低系统误差。实际应用效果表明,该实验平台能够实现位移、开关量、AD/DA转换等控制要求,能够满足当前实验教学的要求。 For satisfying the experimental teaching and innovation demand of the major in mechanic and electric ,the comprehensive teaching experimental platform for Mechatronics was designed based on the existing three coordinate measuring instruments .Based on PC‐1240U control card ,the control system of comprehensive experimental teaching platform for mechanical and electrical was designed ,PC as host computer , STC12C5A60S2 MCU as the lower computer ,the hardware circuit of the control system was designed .Based on the LabVIEW software the control system software was designed .The PID feedback signal control algorithm for DC motor processing can improve the motor work precision ,and reduce the system error .The practical application effect shows that the experimental platform can achieve the displacement control ,switch and AD/DA conversion control requirements ,to meet the current requirements of experimental teaching .
