摘要
目的:检验军医大学教学改革效果,为教育管理提供参考依据。方法:应用大学生学习动机简易评定量表和自编问卷等,以某军医大学为例,对比教学改革前后(2009年和2014年)学生的学习情况。结果:1学员总体学习动机强度、自评的学习态度、对学习成绩的期望值、学习成绩的整体状况均有统计学差异(t=5.486,3.936,3.345,5.118;P均<0.05);2男、女学员分别进行前后比较,在学习动机强度、自评学习态度,对学习成绩的期望值、学习成绩4方面均有统计学差异(t=4.509,3.032,2.808,3.491,3.304,2.885,2.006,4.994;P均<0.05);3不同年级学员分别进行前后比较,只有一年级学员对学习成绩的期望值(t=4.114,P=0.000)、二年级学员学习动机强度、自评的学习态度、学习成绩的整体状况(t=5.919,3.860,5.581;P均=0.000)、三年级学员学习动机强度(t=4.159,P=0.000)发生了变化;4不同专业学员分别进行前后比较,军医、护理学员考察的学习动机、自评的学习态度、对学习成绩的期望值、学习成绩均有统计学差异(t=2.493,2.176,3.587,2.236,3.760,3.667,5.020,2.699;P均<0.05);海医学员学习动机强度、学习成绩的整体状况有统计学差异(t=3.174,5.374;P=0.002,0.000)。结论:军医大学教学改革效果显著;新时期二年级学员、军医、护理、海医学员学习情况提升较快;根据不同群体学员学习情况变化的特点,有针对性地做好教育管理工作。
Objective: To test the effects of teaching reforms of Military Medical University .and put suggestions for teachers and administrators. Methods:Using Working Motivation Simple Inventory and the homemade questionnaire,we surveyed all undergraduates on campus of a Military Medical University be- fore and after teaching reforms( respectively in 2009 and 2014). Results:①It showed statistical signifi- cance in strength of motivation, study attitude of self - appraised, academic performance expectations and academic records ( t = 5. 486,3. 936,3. 345,5.118 ; P 〈 O. 05 ). ②Those of different genders were respec- tively compared between 2009 and 2014. It showed statistical significance in all the four aspects including learning motivation, self - rate learn attitude, expectation for academic performance and academic perform- ance in both the males and the females( t =4.509,3. 032,2.808,3. 491,3. 304,2. 885,2.006,4. 994 ;P 〈 0.05 ). ③The undergraduates of different grades were respectively compared between 2009 and 2014. It showed statistical significance in academic performance expectations in the first grade (t = 4.114, P 〈 0.001 ) ,strength of motivation, study attitude of self- appraised and academic records in the second grade (t = 5. 919,3. 860,5. 581 ;P 〈 0. 001 )and strength of motivation in the third grade (t = 4. 159, P 〈 . 2014. It showed statistical significance in all the four aspects mentioned before in those specialized in medicine and nursing( t =2. 493,2. 176,3. 587,2. 236,3. 760,3. 667,5. 020,2.699 ;P 〈 0.05 ) and the strength of motivation and academic records specialized in naval medicine were the same ,too( t = 3. 174, 5. 374 ; P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The effect of teaching good. In new period, the learning conditions of those in nursing and naval medicine advance more. reforms of the Military Medical University was the second grade and specialized in medicine,nursing and naval medicine advance more.
