摘要
为识别影响天津市工业用水的主要因素,预判多因素影响下天津市工业用水的发展趋势,通过分析近十年来天津市工业用水变化情况,并运用增量分解法定量描述了各因素对于工业用水的影响程度。结果表明,2003年以来对天津市工业用水贡献较大的因素为工业规模和工业用水效率,近10年来因工业规模扩大带来的年均用水增量约7 800×104 m3,因技术改进、实施节水措施等因素带来的年均节水量约7 600×104 m3;2008年以后用水效率提升速度放缓,工业用水量在工业规模的拉动下呈直线上升;工业结构调整对工业用水的贡献较微弱,工业结构调整并未一直向用水量减小的方向进行。
To identify the main factors influencing the industrial water consumption of Tianjin and predict its development trend under the multi-factor influence, this paper analyzes the changes of industrial water consumption in Tianjin nearly a decade, and gives a quantitative description of the degree of influencing factors for industrial water consumption using incremental decomposition method. The results show that industrial scale and industrial water use efficiency are the dominant factors contributing to the growth of industrial water consumption since 2003. For nearly a decade, average annual increment of water due to the growth of industrial scale was about 78 million m3 , average annual decrement of water due to the technological innovation and taking water saving measures was about 76 million m3. After 2008, the speed of improvement of water use efficiency is slow down, and industrial water consumption is rising perpendicularly with the growth of industrial scale. The impact of the adjustment of industrial structure on the industrial water is very weak, and the industrial structure adjustment is not always tend to reduce water consumption.
