摘要
燃气管道是输送危险燃料的主要结构,其防腐性能对整体燃气输送装置运行状态的影响非常大,防腐层检测技术可以有效的对燃气管道一系列使用性能进行系统检测。需要在不挖开燃气管道覆土的情况下,对燃气管道和防腐层进行一系列的腐蚀检测,找到防腐层破损点进行精确开挖修补。只有强化对燃气管道及防腐层的检测与维护,才能从根本上防止燃气泄漏,避免燃气泄漏对环境造成的污染,保证燃气安全运输提高人民生活质量,提高燃气管道运输燃气的经济效益和社会效益。本文介绍了一种新型埋地管道检测技术—PCM检测系统,通过分析PCM的工作原理以及检测过程中的注意事项和影响因素,结合现场埋地管道检验分析测定和评估过程,对提高埋地管道的检测效率和检测精度总结出了一些有益的经验。
The gas pipeline is the main structure for dangerous fuel transport. Its corrosion resistance has great effect on the running state of the overall gas transportation system. Anticorrosive coating detection technology can effectively test the performance of gas pipeline system. It needs to carry out a series of corrosion detection to the gas pipeline and the coating without digging the earthing and find the damage point for precise repair. Only by strengthening the gas pipeline and coating testing and maintenance, can gas leakage be prevented fundamentally and the pollution caused by gas leakage can be avoided, safe transportation of gas can be ensured, people's living quality can be improved and the economic and social benefit of gas pipeline transportation. This paper introduces a new type of buried pipeline detection technology -PCM detection system. By analyzing the working principle and considerations and indluencing factors of PCM detection, combined with the on-site inspection of buried pipeline analysis and assessment of the determination process, some useful experience is concluded to improve the buried pipeline detection efficiency and accuracy.
