摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及临床意义。方法测定63例CHF患者(CHF组)以及55名健康体检者(对照组)hsCRP、BNP、Hcy水平及左室射血分数(LVEF)值,比较两组间各项指标差异,并分析指标间的相关性。结果与对照组相比较,CHF组患者hs-CRP、BNP、Hcy水平均明显增高(P<0.05);随着心功能分级的增高,CHF患者hs-CRP、BNP、Hcy水平也随着不断升高(P<0.05);CHF患者hs-CRP、BNP、Hcy水平与LVEF值呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP、BNP、Hcy水平与CHF患者心衰严重程度密切相关,且与患者LVEF具有良好的相关性,可作为评价CHF患者左室功能的辅助指标。 Objective To investigate changes of the levels of hs-CRP,BNP and Hcy and their clinical significances in patients with chronic heart failure( CHF). Methods The levels of hs-CRP,BNP,Hcy and LVEF in 63 patients with CHF( CHF group) and 55 healthy people( control group) were analyzed. The changes of hs-CRP,BNP,Hcy and LVEF were compared between the two groups. The relationship between hs-CRP,BNP,Hcy and LVEF wasanalyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of hs-CRP,BNP and Hcy in CHF group were signigicantly higher( P < 0. 05). The individuals with higher levels of hs-CRP,BNP and Hcy had higher NYHA cadiac function classification in the CHF group( P < 0. 05). The levels of Hs-CRP,BNP and Hcy were positively correlated with LVEF( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP,BNP and Hcy in patients with CHF are positively correlated with the aggravation of heart failure,and are positively correlated with LVEF,which can be used as the ancillary diagnosis of chronic heart failure.
