摘要 目的研究内源性硫化氢(H2S)的合成酶胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(CSE)在膀胱移行上皮癌中的表达,探讨CSE与膀胱移行上皮癌恶性进展的关系。方法随机选取膀胱移行上皮癌标本60例,通过免疫组化检测不同病理分级膀胱癌组织中CSE的表达,用图像分析仪随机测定阳性表达细胞的光密度值(OD值),比较CSE在不同分级膀胱移行上皮癌中的表达情况。结果免疫组化显示,CSE在移行上皮细胞和膀胱壁肌层动脉平滑肌细胞中均有表达;图像分析OD值,膀胱移行上皮癌(Ⅰ级)表达较弱,膀胱移行上皮癌(Ⅲ级)表达较强,Ⅱ级表达最强;经统计学分析,Ⅰ级与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内源性H2S的合成酶CSE在膀胱移行上皮癌组织上皮和动脉平滑肌细胞中均有表达,且表达趋势随恶性程度增强而增强。 Objective To explore the expression of endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S)'s synthases cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE) in transitional cell caricinoma, evaluate the relationship between CSE and malignant progression of the bladder transitional cell caricinoma. Methods Randomly selected 60 samples from bladder transitional cell carcinoma specimens, de-tected the expression levels of CSE by immunohistochemistry in bladder transitional cell carcinoma of different pathological clas-sification, randomly assayed the optical density(OD) of the positive expression cells by image analyzer, compared the expression status in bladder transitional cell carcinoma of different pathological classification. Results Immunohistochemical studies showed that CSE was detected both in malignant uroepithelium and arterial smooth muscle; Optical density displayed that blad-der transitional cell carcinoma (gradeⅠ) expressed most weakly, the gradeⅢexpressed strongly, the grade IIexpressed most strongly. The differences of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The differences between grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ didn't have statistical significances (P〉0.05). Conclusion CSE can be detected both in malignant uroepithelium and arterial smooth muscle, in addition, it has a trend that CSE expressed more strongly with the increasing of ma-lignancy degree.
