摘要 从《国家学生体质健康标准》不及格人的运动参与现状、锻炼态度、心理和体能入手,分析不达标学生运动参与与体能的相关性,同时为我校的教育教学改革起到一点贡献。采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析这些同学运动参与与体能之间的相关规律,指出较为突出的对应的因素,并为我校学生体质的提高提出相应的干预策略与措施。主要结论如下:(1)实验前后行为习惯、行为意向、情感体验、行为控制感这4个量表同学们在实验前后是有显著性差异的,P<0.05。(2)实验前后对运动参与的配对t检验的结果,身体状况,实验后是有显著性差异的,P<0.05。 In this paper, from the “national student physical health standard” failed the people the current situation of sports participation, attitude to exercise, psychological and physical, analysis the correlation of students' participation and physical iftness to make, and make a contribution to our school education teaching reform. This article USES the literature material, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis&amp;nbsp;and other research methods, analysis the students sports participation and physical fitness between the related law, points out that the more prominent the corresponding factors, and for the students in our school raise corresponding intervention strategies and measures are put forward. Main conclusions are as follows: (1) The behavior before and after the experiment, behavioral intention, emotional experience, behavior control these four scales the classmates in there is a signiifcant difference before and after the experiment. (P〈0.05). (2) Before and after the experiment of sports participation of the result of paired student t test, physical condition, after the experiment is a signiifcant difference, (P〈0.05).
