摘要
[目的]研究离子液体和微波辅助提取技术相结合提取酸枣仁中黄酮类化合物。[方法]以[Bmim]Br、[Bmim]BF4、[Hmim]Br、[Hmim]BF4离子液为提取溶剂,微波辅助提取酸枣仁中的黄酮。用单因素变化法,依次改变提取剂种类、提取剂浓度、微波时间和液固比,根据提取的黄酮含量确定最佳提取条件。[结果]试验得到的最佳提取条件为:以[Hmim]Br溶液为提取剂,离子液体浓度V[Hmim]Br/V乙醇为1∶6;提取时间15 min;液固比60∶1 ml/g。在此条件下,测定不同产地酸枣仁中的黄酮效果较好。[结论]与其他传统提取方法相比,微波提取技术和离子液体相结合的方法,在获得较高的提取率的同时,大大缩短了提取时间,节约资源,具有良好的应用前景。
[ Objective ] To study the method of combining microwave extraction technology with ionic liquid to extract flavonoids from spine date seed. [ Method ] Using [ Bmim ] Br, [ Bmim ] BF4, [ Hmim ] Br, [ Hmim ] BF4 as extraction agent, extracting flavonoids of spine date seed with microwave-assisted. Changing the kinds of ionic liquids and concentrations of extractant, microwave time and liquid-solid ratio successively by single factors of method, the optimum conditions were determined according to the content. [ Result ] The optimum extraction conditions for tes- ting were as follows: extractant is [ Hmim ] Br, concentration of ionic liquids, V^L~B~/V~,~L is 1:6, extraction time is 15 rain, liquid-solid ratio is 60:1 ml/g. Under these conditions, determining flavonoids of spine date seed in different areas is good. [Conclusion] Compared with other traditional methods, the method of combining microwave extraction technology with ionic liquid, in higher extraction rates at the same time, can greatly shorten the time, save resources and show good application prospects.
