W800无取向硅钢轧制过程中的织构演变 被引量:2

Texture evolution of W800 non-oriented silicon steel during rolling process

摘要 对W800无取向硅钢热轧、冷轧、冷轧退火各阶段沿厚度方向分布的织构进行分析,结果表明,W800无取向硅钢热轧阶段的主要织构组分为{001}<110>反高斯织构,其含量由表层到中心逐渐增加,卷取使得W800无取向硅钢热轧板{001}<110>反高斯织构减弱,而{111}<110>、{111}<112>γ纤维织构增强;冷轧阶段的主要织构组分为{001}<110>、{112}<110>α纤维织构和{111}<110>、{111}<112>γ纤维织构,其中,由表层到中心α纤维织构逐渐增强,γ纤维织构逐渐减弱;退火会导致{001}<110>反高斯织构减弱,{111}<110>、{111}<112>γ纤维织构加强。 Texture of W800 non-oriented silicon steel was investigated in the process of hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing at thickness direction. The results show that { 001 } 〈110〉 anti-Gaussian texture is dominant in hot rolling process and the texture content increases gradually from surface to center in the steel plate. { 001} 〈110〉 texture decreases while γ-fiber-texture of { 111} 1〈110〉 and { 111} 〈112〉 increase during coiling process. The major texture is α-fiber-texture of { 001 } 〈110〉 and { 112 } 〈110〉 and γ-fiber-texture of { 111 } 110 and { 111 } 〈112〉 during cold rolling process,wherein α-fiber-texture increases and γ-fiber-texture decreases from surface to center. After annealing,{ 001 } 〈110〉 anti-Gaussian texture decreases while γ-fiber-texture of { 111 } 110 and { 111 } 〈112〉 increase.
