摘要
为满足精密零件的使用要求,研究了渗氮钢32Cr3Mo1V的调质工艺对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,32Cr3Mo1V钢最佳调质工艺为940℃×2 h淬火油冷,660℃×3 h回火。经该工艺调质处理后,材料组织为回火索氏体,其组织细小均匀,具有良好的综合力学性能,与原调质工艺比较,屈强比提高了约5.5%,满足精密零件的强韧性要求。
In order to satisfy the service requirement of precision component,the effect of quenching and tempering process on mechanical properties of 32Cr3Mo1 V nitriding steel was studied. The results show that the optimum quenching temperature is 940 ℃ for 2 h and tempering temperature is 660 ℃ for 3 h. After this heat treatment,the microstructure is fine sorbite and the steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties,the yield ratio can increase by a factor of 5. 5% than that of original process,so it can meet requirement of high strength and toughness for precision component.
