摘要
目的探讨双侧平衡去骨瓣治疗重症闭合性颅脑损伤的效果。方法将重症闭合性颅脑损伤患者72例随机分为两组,对照组给予单侧标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组给予双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(80.6%)高于对照组(50.0%)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.6%)低于对照组(13.9%)(P<0.05)。结论双侧平衡去骨瓣治疗重症闭合性颅脑损伤临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the bilateral balance to bone flap for the treatment of severe closed craniocerebral injury. Methods 72 patients with severe closed craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups,control group given unilateral standard trauma big bone flap decompression therapy,observation group was given bilateral balance to bone disc decompression treatment,observed two groups of treatment effect. Results The observation group total effective rate（80.6%）were higher than the control group（50.0%）（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group（5.6%）was lower than the control group（13.9%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bilateral balance to bone flap to treat severe closed craniocerebral injury clinical curative effect is remarkable.
