摘要
目的:探讨传统教学结合PBL教学模式在预防医学教学中的应用。方法:以2012级中西医结合临床1班和2班学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用传统教学与PBL相结合的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。课程结束后,通过问卷调查和考试成绩两方面评价不同教学模式的教学效果。结果:75.51%的学生倾向于采用传统教学与PBL相结合的教学模式开展日常教学活动,分别有85.71%、81.63%、77.55%的学生认为PBL教学有利于提高自主学习能力、激发学习兴趣、培养科研思维能力等;但是也有部分同学表示PBL教学对学生的要求较高且费时,不利于系统掌握基本理论知识。在考试成绩方面试验组和对照组未见明显差异。结论:在预防医学教学中采用传统教学与PBL教学相结合的模式有利于提高学生的综合素质,但是该模式的具体实施过程还有待进一步完善。
Objective: To investigate the application of traditional teaching combined with problem-based learning (PBL) mode in preventive medicine teaching. Methods: Two classes of students from Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Clinical Spe-cialty were randomly divided into the control group and the ex-perimental group. Traditional teaching method was employed in preventive medicine teaching to the control group while a mode combining traditional teaching and PBL was adopted for the ex-perimental group. At the end of the experiment, teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire and exam. Results: 75.51% of the students tend to use traditional teaching combined with PBL mode in preventive medicine teaching. 85.71%, 81.63%, 77.55%of the students think that PBL helps to improve the active learn-ing ability, stimulate the interest in learning and improve the a-bility of science research. However, some students consider that PBL might have a higher requirement for them and they would take more time in learning, and have difficulty to master theoreti-cal knowledge. In the scores, the control group has no difference from the experimental group. Conclusion:The application of tra-ditional teaching combined with PBL mode in preventive medicine teaching can enhance comprehensive quality of stu-dents, but further improvement is also needed in the course of teaching.
