摘要 随着执业药师制度的建立和完善,药师药学服务的水平对高等药学教育产生了很大影响。针对目前药学专业本科毕业生综合技能欠缺的现状,提出了增设药学综合知识培训的建议,并运用同伴互助学习的教学模式激发学习兴趣,培植和提升学生的药学综合技能和药学服务能力。 With the development of the licensed pharmacist's law put into force, the need for the better pharmaceutical care has a significant impact on the advanced pharmaceutical education. Based on the present situation of lacking of comprehensive skills as far as the undergraduate students are con- cerned, a proposal of establishing of a course of comprehensive knowledge to pharmacy students was suggested, and the possible use of peer-assisted learning method to stimulate their interests in learning was discussed, so that the development of comprehensive skills and pharmaceutical care capabili- ties can be improved.
