摘要 本文采用铁粉置换法处理含铜废水,并通过分光光度法测定置换前后溶液中Cu2+含量;研究了铁粉用量、反应时间、反应温度、溶液p H值对铜置换率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的置换条件是:铁粉用量700mg/50m L、反应时间15min、反应温度为室温、溶液p H值为2~4。 Iron replacement method was applied to deal the copper containing wastewater, the spectrophoto-metric method was used to measure the copper ion contents in the solution before and after the displacement reac-tion. The effects of iron powder dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and p H on copper replacement ratio were studied. The experimental results indicated that the optimal replacement conditions were as follows: dosage of iron powder was 700mg/50 m L, reaction time was 15 min, reaction temperature was room temperature, solution p H was 1~2.
