摘要
±800 kV楚穗直流输电工程是世界上第一个±800 kV特高压直流输电工程,输送容量为双极5 000 MW。该工程采用双十二脉动阀组串联接线方式,每个极包括高端阀组和低端阀组两个阀组。2012年12月15日楚穗直流楚雄换流站孤岛调试实验时,由于极I低端阀厅F5避雷器动作,导致极I极差动保护87DCM、阀组短路保护87CSDⅠ段与接地极线路电流不平衡保护60EL-2动作,极I双阀组闭锁。在以往直流工程中阀厅避雷器动作非常少见,并且涉及到动作的直流保护较多,文中着重分析阀厅F5避雷器动作为何导致接地极线路电流不平衡保护60EL-2动作,并提出今后直流工程接地极绝缘设计的一点建议,供大家参考。
The ±800 kV Chu-Sui UHVDC project is the first ±800 kV UHVDC transmission engineering in the world. Its transmission capacity is bipolar 5 000 MW. This project adopts dual twelve pulse valve groups in series, and each pole includes a high-end valve group and a low-end valve group. In the island debugging test of Chuxiong DC converter station on 15 December, 2012, the action of F5 arrester of low-end valve hall led to the actions of the pole's differential protection DC DIFF 87DCM-ESOF, the valve group's short circuit protection short circuit 87CSD stagel, and the current unbalance protection electrode line 60EL-2 monopolar, and made the pole I two valve groups locked. The action of valve hall arrester was very rare in the past HVDC projects, and usually resulted in DC protections. In this paper, the reason why the action of valve hall F5 arrester leads to the action of current unbalance protection 60EL-2 of grounding pole line is analyzed, and some suggestions are provided for the insulation design of grounding pole line of HVDC project.
