微波消解-ICP-MS法测定畜禽产品中铅、镉的含量 被引量:2

摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法测定畜禽产品中铅、镉的含量,同时采用国标原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法进行验证。实验结果显示,两种方法检测结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法测定铅元素校正曲线的相关系数r为0.9995,检出限为0.2ng/m L,加标回收率在102.8%-106.0%之间;测定镉元素校正曲线的相关系数r为0.9998,检出限为0.1ng/m L,回收率为98.5%-100.6%。实验结果表明,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法具有简单、快速、低检出限、同时检测多元素等优点,适用于畜禽产品中铅、镉重金属含量的快速测定。 The trace elements content of lead, cadmium in livestock and poultry products are determined by inductively coupledplasma-mass speetrometry(ICP-MS), while proof of applying national standard method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer at the same time, the results show that there is no sig- nificant difference between the two methods (P〉0.05). In this method, the determination of correlation coeffi- cient r in lead element calibration curve is 0.9995, detection limit 0.2ng/mL, recovery rate between 102.8% -106.0% ;The determination of correlation coefficient r in calibration curve is 0.9998, detection limit 0.1ng/mL, recovery rate between 98.5% and 100.6%. The experimental results show that the method is suitable for rapid determination of trace elements content of lead, cadmium in livestock and poultry products with the advantages of simple, fast, low detection limit, and simultaneous detection of many elements.
