摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病小鼠对旋毛虫的易感性。方法高糖高脂饮食喂养1mon,加上小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)注射建立小鼠2型糖尿病模型;以常规饲料喂养小鼠作为对照。用旋毛虫感染建模成功的小鼠,然后随机分为PBS组,胰岛素组。2周后处死小鼠,取膈肌进行幼虫检测。结果用旋毛虫幼虫攻击感染2型糖尿病建模成功小鼠,其肌肉幼虫检出率较正常对照组小鼠显著增多(P<0.01),胰岛素治疗后肌肉幼虫检出率下降。结论2型糖尿病小鼠对旋毛虫易感性增加,胰岛素治疗后其对旋毛虫易感性下降。
Objective To investigate the susceptivity of Trichinella spiralis in type 2 diabetic mouse. Methods Mice were fed with high-sucrose/high-fat diet (HSFD) for one month, and then intraperitoneal inject low dose Streptozotocin to generate type 2 diabetes mellitus model, The mice model were infected by Trichinella spiralis and followed by dividing different groups randomly, including PBS group and insulin-treated group. 2 weeks after treatment, mice were sacrificed and count encysted larva in diaphragm. Results The type 2 diabetic mice model constructed successfully, and encysted larva increased phenotype could reverse by insulin treatraent. Conclusion 2 diabetic mouse, which could be reversed by insulin. obviously compare to normal control. However, this Susceptivity of Trichinella spiralis was increased in type
