摘要
基于薄壁堰测流原理,设计了过流式水位流量可调新型渠道测流装置,并通过试验拟合测流装置在6个不同仰角下自由出流时的流量计算公式,绘制不同仰角下流量与堰上水头的关系曲线。结果表明,流量与堰上水头具有良好的相关关系,流量计算最大相对误差为3.83%;流量相同情况下,仰角越小,堰上水头越大。该测流装置临界淹没度达0.90以上,可应用于替代渠道进水闸、节制闸,同时具备水位调控与流量量测功能。
Based on the measurement principle of thin-plate weir flow,a new type of channel measurement device with adjustable stage-discharge was designed.Through the experiments,the free discharge theoretical calculation formulae of the flow measurement device were fitted under six different angles of elevation,and the relational curves of the flow and the weir head were drawn.The results showed that there was a good correlation between the flow and the weir head with maximum relative error 3.83%.At the same flow,the smaller the angle of elevation,the larger the weir head.The critical submergence degree of the device was more than 0.90.Equipped with water level control and flow measurement function,the device could be applied to replace channel intake gate and check gate.
