摘要
研究了Cl-对载金黄铁矿生物氧化和生物氧化过程形成产物的影响。结果发现,0.01 mol/L Cl-对载金黄铁矿生物氧化具有显著的促进作用;而当Cl-浓度>0.04 mol/L时,由于高浓度Cl-抑制了微生物的生长,进而抑制了载金黄铁矿的生物氧化。XRD分析结果表明,载金黄铁矿生物氧化过程中形成了单质硫,Cl-的加入有效消除了单质硫在矿物表面的累积。Cl-的促进作用主要是它可以消除阻碍载金黄铁矿生物氧化的单质硫在矿物表面的累积。
The influence of chloride ion on the biooxidation of gold-containing pyrite and the formation of products were studied in this work.Biooxidaiton results showed that the addition of 0.01 mol/L chloride ion has significantly promotion action on the oxidation dissolution of gold-containing pyrite,while it has inhibition action on the biooxidation of gold-containing pyrite for it can inhibit the growth of the microorganisms when the concentration of chloride ion is higher than 0.04 mol/L.XRD analysis showed the formation of elemental sulfur on the surface of the ore when the chloride ion is in the absence of the biooxidation,while the presence of chloride ion can effectively eliminate the accumulation of elemental sulfur on the ore surface.The promotion action of chloride ion should mainly for it can eliminate the accumulation of elemental sulfur,which hamper the biooxidation of gold-containing pyrite.
