摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了6082铝合金在350-500℃温度和0.01-5.00s^-1应变速率条件下的热变形行为,根据试验数据拟合得到6082铝合金的高温流变应力方程。将方程导入Deform-3D软件,并对6082铝合金散热器的热锻成形过程进行了数值模拟。经过生产试模,验证了数值模拟分析结果,并精锻出合格的6082铝合金散热器,为6082铝合金的工程应用提供参考。
The hot deformation behavior of 6082 aluminum alloy at 350 - 500 ℃ and 0.01-5.00 s^-1 was analyzed by using hot compression testing on a Gleeble-1500 simulator, and the constitutive equation of 6082 aluminum alloy was presented by means of fitting experimental data. The precision forging process of the 6082 aluminum alloy heat sink was simulated using Deform-3D software and the forming laws. The feasibility of numerical simulation was verified by trial production, which provided some references for engineering application.
