摘要
穿丝工艺是陶瓷熔断器生产过程中重要的一个环节,穿丝机是实现对熔断器自动穿丝的自动化设备。穿丝机工作的重要环节是保证碾轮和丝卷之间的康铜丝具有一定张力。对穿丝机的张力控制原理进行了分析,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制算法的张力控制系统,实现了PID控制参数的自适应在线整定,并利用Lab VIEW控制设计与仿真工具箱进行模糊PID控制器设计以及系统仿真。仿真和实验结果表明模糊PID控制系统比常规PID控制系统相应快,调整能力强,鲁棒性好,有效的改善了控制效果。
Threading process is an important step in the manufacture process of porcelain fuse. Threading machine is automation equipment, by which the automatic threading of fuse can be achieved. An important part of the machine is to keep a certain tension between the grinding wheel and the constantan wire coil. It analyzes the principle of tension control in threading machine. A new tension control system based on fuzzy PID control is designed, and the PID control parameters online self-tuning is realized. The design and simulation are achieved by the control design and simulation Toolkit of LabVIEW. The simulation result indicates that fuzzy PID control has better response, good adjustment ability and excellent robustness, compared to tradition PID control system. The control effect is improved effectively by the new system designed.
