继电保护省地调一体化整定计算系统的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 冀北电网省调和地调的继电保护整定计算采用相互独立的软件进行,各自维护各自的电网模型、整定计算原则、定值单模版以及定值的信息。省调和地调的数据交互采用的是一年一度的等值交互,采用邮件或纸质文档进行发布和接收,效率较低且容易出错。文章深入分析冀北电网整定计算的特点,结合继电保护专业人员的工作特点,研制了冀北电网省地一体化整定计算系统。采用模块化设计,包含电网建模、短路计算、整定配合计算、故障仿真、管理等模块,基于冀北省调和地调的整定计算原则以及现场实际的保护装置模板,设计了省地一体化的整定计算原则库和装置库,通过电力数据网自动的计算和发布接收相互问的等值数据。最后通过冀北省调和地调的实际应用,表明了冀北电网继电保护省地一体化整定计算系统的先进性和有效性。 Relay protection setting calculation of the provincial dispatching and the local dispatching use separate software in Jibei power grid,they are maintaining their own power grid model, setting calculation principles and set value respectively. E-mails or paper documents are sent to publish and receive equivalents every year between the provincial dispatching and the local dispatching. The efficiency is very low which is easy to make mistakes by this way. In this paper,the characteristic of Jibei power grid is analyzed, and combined with the working characteristics of protection professionals,the integration software of Jibei power grid was developped. It uses modular design including power grid module, short circuit calculation module, setting calculation module, fault simulation module and manage- ment module. Integration setting principle libraries and device libraries are designed based on setting principle and the actual site protection device template in provincial dispatching and the local dispatching of Jibei power grid to achieve automatic calculation and dissemination of equivalent data between provincial dispatching and the local dispatching via power data network. Finally,it shows the advancement and the effectiveness of setting calculation system by the practical application of Jibei power grid.
